Filling Bands of Covers
are produced in thickness according to thicknesses of top and bottom covers of spliced conveyor belts in widths of 1000 mm, packed in a PE foil, rolled on plastic pipes in rolls weighing not more than 20 kg.

Covers
are produced in thicknesses according to thicknesses of top and bottom covers of spliced conveyor belts in widths of 1000 mm, packed in a PE foil, rolled on plastic pipes in rolls weighing not more than 20 kg. The covers for conveyor belts of type STEEL are delivered in a shape corresponding to a shape of a joint area.

Filling Bands
for conveyor belts of type STEEL are produced in the thickness of 2 mm and widths of 7, 8 and 10 mm, packaged in a PE foil and a cartoon box weighing not more than 20 kg.

Binding Solutions
are one-component solutions, packaged in 1 l (0,7 kg) and 10 l (6,5 kg) metalliccontainers.

Binding Foil
is produced in the thickness of 1 mm, in widths of 680 mm, packaged in a Pe foil, rolled on plastic pipes, rolls weighing not more than 20 kg and 30 kg. For steel cord conveyor belts is delivered doubled with covers.

Rubberized fabric
for splicing of the ECOTUBELT conveyor belts and repairs of the TRANSBELT conveyor belts - is delivered in widths of 1000 and 1200 mm. The strength and type of the fabric corresponds to the carcass material of the belt. Rubberized fabric is supplied with a separation foil and rolled on wooden drums in a length of not more than 100m/roll.

Storage and Warranty
a splicing material shall be stored at the temperatures from 0°C to +20°C, protected from sun light. It is recommended to have the splicing material for 24 h at +23°C before use. Warranty conditions are by specified storage conditions as follows:

splicing foils, rubber covers, filling bands . . . . . . . . . 4 months
splicing solutions, rubberized fabric . . . . . . . . . 3 monhs
