Ecotubelt

Conveying Ecologically Dangerous Materials

Ecotubelt is a series of hose conveyor belts designed to handle ecologically dangerous materials that can cause severe pollution of the environment and operational area. The principle of conveying of materials capable of transporting materials of maximum lumpiness 30% of the hose diameter.

Construction
The supporting part of conveyor belts, carcass, consists of two or three polyamide “P” plies, or polyester “EP” plies. The carcass is protected by rubber covers.

Use of cover grades in relation to the kind of transported material:
A (X) - conveying of abrasive, angular and great lump-sized materials at temperatures of the site –25Celsius to +60Celsius
AA (W) - conveying of very abrasive, granular and loose materials at temperatures of the site –25Celsius to +60Celsius
D - suitable for conveying where the temperature on the surface of the belt will not extent +125 Celsius
